For Accountancy Practices in Southern Ireland, please note that all prices quoted will be charged at the equivalent rate of Euros.
Option 1 (non-contractual basis)
Purchase a one-off trial block of 10 appointments for £1,995 plus vat providing you access to medium and large companies. This scheme includes excellent data provided by Advance-Xtra for postcode areas specified by you. Turnovers are restricted to £1m with our trial scheme.
Option 2 (contract basis for 6 or 12 months)
Pay per appointment scheme where you are only charged on the potential fees that clients will produce, quotes must be provided to Advance-Xtra within 48 hours of the meeting taking place. Excellent data can be provided by Advance-Xtra at a rate of £175 plus vat per 500 leads.
Pay per appointment pricing structure:
£185 plus vat per appointment for potential fees up to £1500
£225 plus vat per appointment for potential fees of over £1500
Turnovers are restricted to £2m with our contract schemes
Option 3 (contract basis for 6 or 12 months, fixed fee)
A fixed fee of £150 per appointment plus a 15% success fee of the first years GRF when the client signs up with you. Excellent data can be provided by Advance-Xtra at a rate of £175 plus vat per 500 leads.
Turnovers are restricted to £2m with our contract schemes.
Our Ultimate Package! (contract basis for 6 or 12 months)
For a monthly service fee of only £695 plus vat and fixed fee of £75 + vat for every meeting you will receive:
1. A dedicated full time telemarketer giving you 110%
2. Data/leads saving you £175 per 500 leads (every 2-3 months)
3. Follow up service saving you £35 per follow up
4. Tax busting and profit busting health checks for your clients (worth £100)
5. Data cleansing as and when required
6. The Advance-Xtra manual which explains our whole process
7. Most importantly we offer RESULTS!

Please Remember
With a general conversion rate of 1 in 4 you should recoup your initial investment on any of our above schemes once you have signed up just 1 new client.
"We believe that the prices currently quoted reflect a fair charge for small to medium sized businesses. Once we have a commitment on a contractual basis and a client is looking for companies with larger turnovers, this can be arranged but the price per appointment would be increased to reflect the size of the businesses we are calling for".
Motivate Your Telemarketing Team
You would also have the option to pay Advance-Xtra an extra 10% commission if you signed up a realistic target of new fees over a 12 month period from any meetings we set up on your behalf? This of course is not compulsory but is an added incentive for our telemarketers to achieve excellent results for you. This is how confident we are because you will set the benchmark!!
